'The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and honest. I had left a pair of valuable earrings and the housekeeper turned it in to the front desk. Front desk staff I spoke to was also very cordial. It is very rare to have such trustworthy staff (Monica and other housekeeper that took care of room 117) so I hoped the administration realize how fortunate they are. Kudos to your hiring team.'

'Hi Management
Following up about the discussion we had on Saturday 10/10. In regards to my three day refund due to the inconveniences I had during my stay. A proper compensation is definitely needed. After that they moved us back to 325. Now we didn't stay there because it was still dirty. Finally we...

'Not a great experience. The room lighting was not working properly, and the hallway leading to the room had a very unpleasant smell. The only positives were the convenient location near the airport and the reliable shuttle service. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance and cleanliness.'
