'I reserved a suite, and needed sheets for the pullout sofa. There were none in the room and called down to have some delivered which weren’t. No big deal, the sheets they gave me didn’t fit. And there were bugs in the room. Very disappointed.'

'At first glance the place isn’t too bad but once you get to the room, utter disgust and shock and disappointment!! There was mold in the bathroom and there were red and yellow stains on the bedding when complained we were told there were no other rooms and when we asked for our bedding to be changed at minimum we were told that we could come down to the front and grab sheets so we could changed them ourselves if we wanted to. And what really took the cake is when I went to shower and run out of...

'My room was in horrible shape. Visible dead bugs under the bedding, dirty & damaged walls and doors. The front desk is behind bullet-proof glass. There were suspicious characters in the parking lot and the property does not lock their doors at night.
It felt unsafe from a health and crime perspective.'

'The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

'The room was very nice, even had robes. One thing was the blasting strobe light from the smoke detectors on the wall. It was very bright and hard to sleep with it going off every 3 minutes or so. Told the staff when leaving that that was annoying.'
