'King bed was comfortable, smoke detectors blinking light is bothersome in the middle of the night, an odd buzz or beeping sound coming from outside of our room. Otherwise close to highway, good location for a quick bite, and overall clean.'

'Checked into the property and was informed by desk staff that there was no internet nor cable. Could not upgrade us because we booked through Expedia; we would have to pay the difference even though they didn’t provided additional services. No breakfast is served but there is a coffee station in the lobby. Room was small and we realize this is an inn but was smaller than expected. Cannot recommend even though we have previously; it’s looking rather beat.'

'This was our third stay at Penn's View and they haven't disappointed us yet. It it the perfect boutique hotel in old city, great for walking to everything or Uber pick up. The lot beside the hotel is quite large and average priced. The staff is amazing and the rooms are perfect.'
