'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'Ver van Boston Downton. Er stop wel bus (naar metrostation) voor de deur maar de reis naar metro duurt ong 50 minuten. Station Communitor (trein diebjebnaar metro brengt) is op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen maar hebt apart treinkaartje voor nodig.'

'Santi at the front desk was so helpful with all of our requests. She made our trip better. Thank you. Boston is a wonderful city. The Bostonian is perfectly located and the view from our room is perfect. Room 441. The housekeeping is great and the free bottle of water in the lobby is a nice bonus. We truly enjoyed it. '
