'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'A very pleasant surprise! The staff is welcoming and helpful. Whenever something was missing, we simply had to ask and it was brought to us straight away. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms in the tower were excellent. The only small downside was the limited choice of meat and the lack of eggs at breakfast.
