'Amazing property with well appointed rooms, very clean and well stocked private cabin shared bathrooms and ideal location in a residential neighbourhood.'

'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'A very pleasant surprise! The staff is welcoming and helpful. Whenever something was missing, we simply had to ask and it was brought to us straight away. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms in the tower were excellent. The only small downside was the limited choice of meat and the lack of eggs at breakfast. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.'

'The hotel is in an excellent location along the T line. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until we checked out. We used the T to travel to the Boston attractions. The decor is fresh and the room was very clean. There were a few maintenance problems: a dripping sink faucet and an outlet above the bedstand that was loose and coming out of the wall. Overall, we would return to this hotel and can highly recommend it.'

'What a gem of a hotel. The decor was so charming loved the firehouse theme! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. And drinks at the bar were perfect!!!'
