'Everything was immaculately clean and well organized, check-in process had several steps but was automated and easy. Loved the location, short walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, and subway. '

'Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.'

'Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.'

'While the property per se is clean, the bed's are springy and not nice. The rooms are too small. There is a strong smoke smell in the apartment. The neighborhood of the property is not a desirable one. While they said it can accomodate 3 in a room with extra bed, there is literally no space around the bed to even walk let alone someone sleep. I ended up not staying and did not even get a sorry or any refund from the property owner. '

'We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. 'I would definitely advise against staying here. Although the rooms are fine, they made us pay an extra $75 cleaning fee per room, which they 'forgot' to mention. For that money they did not even change the towels and made us take out our own garbage. Also the online check in was a big hassle and comparable to booking a plane ticket. very annoying! felt ripped off and will never come back!'

'Be notified: if come to Boston during spring or fall season, when the temperature fluctuates 10 Celsius degrees per day, this hotel may not be your first choice. They can only turn on AC or heat, one for the whole week. You might fell chill or freeze at night but no way to warm up.
