Plug was burned up and cut off in night 4AM I tried to work on it but no luck plug was shorted. No phone in room so In AM I let them know as I am checking out and leaving this place. I told front staff, they said they don't give refunds or credits but change rooms and I should have came then as I was now checking out. So no regard to the inconvenience just here's your...

'They canceled my reservation '

'This property is run down and dirty. Guest rooms are OK but public areas are not. Toilet kept running, I fixed it. But the valve system was obvious years old and should have been replaced. Breakfast, which I paid for, was a joke. We were even charged for our coffees when they should have been included with breakfast. Inside elevator door had gang symbols scratched on it. Handicaped parking was way around on the side of the building requiring a long walk to the entrance. But, and this why...

'Stayed here for about 2 weeks. I liked the room, with a electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and i had the flexibilty to make my own meals. The location was good. Only issue why I'm not giving 5 stars is because my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay!'
