'My family loves staying amongst the trees. Budget friendly and very clean. Water pressure is good and beds are comfortable. Restaurant, bar, and ice cream on site. Get the house fries if you are eating breakfast. Bar area has a pool table and shuffle board which kept my family entertained while I enjoyed an ice cold beverage. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if in the area. '

'Great european-like hotel. Not one of those boring chains, but with charm and quality. Looks lovely from the outside, inside as well, nice extra's in your room such as calming cushion spray to sleep better.
Great great restaurant with gorgeous food, greek michelin, a rare combination. Good wifi. And the village of Los Gatos is nice and cute, with hiking trails nearby. '

'The staff was very kind and helpful. Trevor was extremely helpful with check-in and anything else we needed! He was truly the goat. The room itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had is we were staying in a two bed room and one bed was insanely squeaky. Everytime they moved at night we were waking up. But our bed made no noise at all. Its crazy how much noise it made.
Other than that, amazing stay. Will be staying again if I come to Santa Cruz for another over night. '

Check in was smooth and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
