'Stuffs are very friendly. They do not have front desk, which worried me when I booked the room. However, when we arrived, we texted as what they mentioned in the instructions, they replied immediately. And when had trouble to use the door( which is my mistake), their manager come to my door in few minutes from nowhere and taught us how to use it and explained all the passwords etc. they also prepared almost everything you need for cooking from knives, plates to sponge and detergent. 'Room was as expected from listing. Could do with more storage for ski clothes for 4 people but was very nice. The pool and spa area is amazing and the restaurants onsite were great. A simple 10 minute bus straight upto the hill made it an easy stay. '
