'The room was fine and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was sufficient, but maybe not add so many spices and peppers to the fried potatoes. Many people have problems with those. We enjoyed the non-lumpy oatmeal. Maybe offer more fruit options and not just apples. We had mixed experiences with the valets. The evening one was very helpful and friendly. The morning one, not so much. I had to actually ask him for help in holding the door while I struggled with my luggage. He just stood there. The...

'The parking garage across the street is not affiliated with the hotel and they dont validate parking. Only thing they offer is vallet. Even if you book a type/style of room dont expect to get what the pictures showed to you when you book. Missing amenities in room '

'The staff was nice. The hotel and rooms are very outdated. The rooms and hallways have a musty smell which means the carpet need to be changed out. The pictures on the website are deceiving '

'Clean comfortable rooms. Valet parking is pretty much the only way to park here bug they don’t let you know that it costs $40 a day. Just ends up on your bill. That being said the valets were excellent.'

'The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff was so friendly, everyone we encountered had a smile. The front desk found out we just got engaged that morning and they sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. We truly appreciated it. It topped off our amazing day. Oh and the roof top bar is spectacular. '

'Check in no one was at the desk, stood there for ten minutes. Room looked like someone slept on top of the bed. Gunshots were heard at 1am. The pool was freezing and not heated. The temperature was ridiculous. The pool should be listed as broken because there was no heat in an indoor pool. No staff even spoke when you walked past them or spoke to them. Horrible experience. '
