'Staff was friendly and resolved keycard issues instantly. Room was clean and so was the rest of the property. My only two complaints were the bathroom door being kind of annoying (sliding glass door) and the bed was rather stiff. Other than that, I would not mind returning for my next trip to the Cincinnati area. Great stay with plenty of restaurants nearby.'

'Great downtown apartment concept. Clean simple two bedroom arrangement was perfect fo me out stay. Immaculate. Will definitely look up Cozy Suites again in other locations.'

'There was some construction in the area when I stayed so things were a little different. I didnt read the room details closely and didn’t realize there weren’t coffee pots in the rooms and I had to leave before breakfast. '

'The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

'The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. 'Immaculate overall would recommend '

'The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then.'
