'Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.'

'Friendly staff. The room was really nice and the amenities/toiletries were great/elevated. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and had a nice view of campus from big window. Noticed some less common areas that hadn’t really been dusted in a while (ie ontop of waterfall shower head/ontop of picture frames).'

'Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering how expensive this hotel was. The room was not very clean upon arrival. The chair had visible dirt on it, the shower was not clean, and the floor had noticeable stains. The lotion provided in the bathroom was nearly empty when we checked in.the photo of the lotion provided was taken after I tried to get some out. 'I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.'

'Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.'
