'Good spot, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. Simple details like the bathroom curtains looking a bit dirty, having a dirty balcony, but overall it was a nice place. I slept well, and it was pet-friendly. They had a private parking lot, which felt safe. '

'Staff was friendly and resolved keycard issues instantly. Room was clean and so was the rest of the property. My only two complaints were the bathroom door being kind of annoying (sliding glass door) and the bed was rather stiff. Other than that, I would not mind returning for my next trip to the Cincinnati area. Great stay with plenty of restaurants nearby.'

'Well, we had to be moved four times to different rooms first time.The room next to us was playing loud music.That was ridiculous.The second room we walked in dirty towels on the floor bed unmade, the third row, we go in everything looked fine.We started unpacking, and I went to the restroom.Just to pee and come out, get our suits on.And i'm like, is that toilet running?And there was water everywhere, all over the floor like just the whole floor is covered in water. 'There was some construction in the area when I stayed so things were a little different. I didnt read the room details closely and didn’t realize there weren’t coffee pots in the rooms and I had to leave before breakfast. '

'The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

'Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. '
