'Location is excellent as you can walk to restaurants, shopping, waterfront, etc. The unit itself was just as pictured and we enjoyed the outdoor patio most evenings. Lots of stairs to get you some exercise :-) free covered parking across the street for our vehicle saved Quick responses to all questions. Would stay here again if visiting Alexandria.'

'Mark was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay. There was one flight of stairs to go up into the building but an elevator if you were staying upstairs.The location was wonderful surrounded by great restaurants and a quaint neighborhood. Lots of shops too but we were too busy to shop! :) There was a little bit of noise from the restaurant across the street but it did not bother our rest one bit. The building and unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Hubby enjoyed his kitchen as well....

'Location was perfect for my stay. Walkable to Old Town and literally directly across from Metro. If you are a light sleeper you will hear Metro announcements and Amtrak and Virginia railway trains roll through. Not a bother to me but FYI. Entire place was very clean and there’s enough space for two. Bathroom was small which was ok for me but lack of an electrical outlet might be a challenge for some. Locked myself out once due having to deal with keys. My fault entirely but a bummer. Owners...

'The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

'This is a perfect size apartment, very clean with all the essentials like a hotel. River, stores , grocery, and restaurants all within a 10 min walk. Covered parking with access right across the street. Alexandria is a beautiful old town with easy access to Mt Vernon and DC by boat,'

'This was such a charming place to stay on King Street. It was perfect in all aspects. King street trolley stop was close by along with many food options. Property owner had a welcome letter along with detailed references and suggestions for exploring. '

'The place was on a major street. I have to wait 15 minutes to back out from the drive through. The AC was so bad, they have window AC that is not cooling and the has NO AC. It’s was a very bad experience. I will not come back again.'
