'We rented this apartment from hotels.com for a week during house construction. My initial impression in the first 24 hours was mixed/one of concern because the assigned parking for this apartment is compact, surrounded by other ‘compact’ parking spots filled with SUVs, which made parking stressful and I could not connect with anyone within the first 24 hours because we arrived on a Sunday. 'Alex was an amazing host! Timely responses and was very accommodating. Perfect size for a couple. Perfect location and so close to king street and all its charm. Also very close and easy to use the metro and king street trolley. Would stay again. '

'Great location but somewhat difficult for older travelers. Two flights of stairs and no elevator. Could use some mats for inside tubs. Probably not relevant to younger travelers. Otherwise nice venue and very well maintained and managed '

'This was our second visit as we were very impressed with our initial stay. As before, the property is very well located and close to all local attractions. The place was spotless, well furnished and had all necessary amenities. Still very impressed with the mattress! Would not hesitate to stay here again'

'The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...
