'Aurora Inn is a very historic hotel in the heart of Cleveland. We loved staying here when visiting family in the area. There's a beautiful Tavern with outdoor deck. We loved having the indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor deck chairs to relax. I'd recommend staying here an using the Expedia site to book. I saved over $100/night using Expedia site.'

'Location was good. We were not impressed with the hotel. Our bed linens had blood stains on them which was discussing. The chain lock on our door was broken so we only had the bolt to lock us in. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The shower dispenser did not offer shower soap only shampoo & two conditioners. We could smell cigarette smoke throughout our stay coming from a near by smoker. Ok breakfast but not impressed with the condition of our room.'

'Only two elevators and one was broken so during busy times there was a long wait. Requested the room to be cleaned but I guess they forgot so no clean towels and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Otherwise it was nice'

'This hotel is directly off route 80. We stayed the night on our way back to NY. Room was small, hotel was old, but clean enough. I knew this from other reviews. No surprises. There is continental breakfast food available 24 hours, but selections are slim and some things did not work (no hot water for tea) Body wash was empty in our room. This place is fine for a quick overnight stay. We really enjoyed the Hop Brothers Brewing for dinner, .2 down the road from motel.'

'Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.'

'When we arrived to our room we pulled the cover down and the sheets were covered in black curly hairs. Proceeded to go to front desk (10pm) and was told the maid went home so the best they could do was give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Did not offer to come and change and there was two people at the desk. Horrible customer service. Will not ever return.'

'Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!'
