'We were looking for a couple nights near Mt. Washington on our vacation to the northeast during the first part of June and stumbled across this hidden gem in Bretton Woods. 'This house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 7 kids. The hot tub was also a huge hit!!! Tim responded quickly to messages and made sure we were taken of. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need allowing us to make home cooked meals for the whole clan. Highly recommend!!!'

'The condo was super comfy and perfect for a few days of hiking in Franconia Notch. I was very pleased with our choice. No complaints whatsoever. It was quite relaxing and convenient. '

'Check-in was contactless and easy, parking was plentiful on property, and house was clean/well stocked with games and kitchen equipment. Located close to many beautiful hikes and fun towns. Only negatives included the host’s requirement of a refundable security deposit, as well as supplemental insurance through VRBO, and the host’s requirement of laundering all towels prior to departure to avoid an additional 25 charge. Overall nice property and communicative hosts!'

'I stayed for a long weekend with my spouse, 3 cousins, 1 dog, and 3 girls age 9-11. We all had a blast with the indoor pool especially the kids. The pool table also got a lot of use. I liked that there were TVs and thermostats in every room. The house was very clean and cozy. The host Andrea was easy to communicate with when I had any questions and got someone out quickly to plow the driveway when we got a ton of snow overnight. There’s also a lot to do in the area like outlets and restaurants....

'Could not be happier with our stay! We were two families with kids. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids stayed in the room with the two beds and it was much more spacious than I expected. We cooked dinner two nights and breakfast two mornings. Plenty of cookware etc. Also the way the house is situated on the property is just ideal. 'Wanted a place my family and I could stay to go hiking and enjoy the fall foliage. The Fox House was great! We had plenty of space for all of us, including an infant. It was not the best of weather but we still had fun!! The house had it all!!'

'Lovely appointed condo - very cozy yet lots of space to spread out. On a rainy day, you can still enjoy the mountains with excellent views from the living room. Perfect location for hiking locally. There's even a hike that begins within the complex. We used it as home base for hikes to Lonesome Lake, Aratruthsa Falls, the Basin and Cascade trail and a visit to the Flume.'

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
