'This hotel property is located fairly close to the airport. The lobby area was relatively new but I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the seating area, which made the lobby stuffy and warm. The designated guest area had a odour to it that was difficult to explain ( slight sewage smell ). But the staff at check in were extremely warm and helpful. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. 'Vreselijke service. Ik boekte een kamer inclusief ontbijt voor ons gezin. Komen we aan bij het ontbijtbuffet: zeggen ze doodleuk dat het ontbijt slechts voor 1 persoon is!! Wat denken ze, dat ik in mijn eentje ga ontbijten en de rest van mijn gezin buiten laat staan? Ik heb extra 35 euro betaald voor het ontbijt en daar mocht maar 1 persoon voor eten. Echt schandalig!!'
