THE SIGNS ABOVE THE KITCHEN SINK DETAILING $ 50 FEE FOR FAILURE TO EMPTY BIN AND $50 FOR FAILURE FOR LEAVING CUTLERY/CROCKERY OUT WERE OUTRAGEOUS . I WOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED TO STAY...

'We come regularly due to location for appointments with hospital. Good size rooms, comfortable beds. Unfortunately we were inundated with construction noise from the above resident renovation floors through out our stay. Reception staff said that they were not informed either but was unable to change rooms due to being busy. Apart from that, good quality hotel for the price.'

No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! '

'Good location, friendly staff. Allocated a room upstairs which was alot quieter this time around. Good size, comfortable beds, clean and tidy bathroom. We couldn't work out the fan but that was our fault, but had the air conditioner on. Only let down was the tight car parking with all the big 4WD but can't helped'

'I have stayed at the Caboolture Riverlakes 3 times now, with a 4th already planned. The staff id always incredibly freindly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable with everything you could need. The property is easy to access with a great location, central to nearly anything you want to experience visiting Australia. They even gave us a discount card for the zoo! Overall I never come to Australia without booking a room at this alestablushment for at least a night or two.'

'We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future.'
