'stay was great. Check-in couldn't have been easier. The apartment is gorgeous--the pictures, especially the one of the living room, are deceptive, so it was a very nice surprise. We left behind an electronic device and Jamie (our host) contacted me right away so we could make arrangements to get it back. Would highly recommend.'

'Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!'

'This is actually the second time we stayed here. Both times we stayed for a long weekend. We stayed here for a weekend. We are a couple with three school aged children and we were quite comfortable. The space was clean, modern, and in a great location. The building has great amenities, a game room, a gym, and work spaces on site. It was a perfect weekend getaway.'

'Cute, clean property good for a visit to New Haven for a single or couple. The area is a little noisy, but that's the price you pay for being in close walking distance to everything you'd want to be in close walking distance to! Would definitely stay again. '

'Chic loft in downtown New Haven. It is a city apartment so there is a fair bit of normal city noise. If parking I'd recommend getting New Haven's app and using street parking. No elaborate cleaning procedure at check out was nice. Great communication. Thanks!'

This is definitely a location that I would recommend, especially to those looking for a weekend getaway with the focus of sitting on the beach.The beach was easily accessible. The only thing I would suggest for anyone looking to swim is to check out the local tide schedule.
