'From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours.'

'It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24.'

'The space was beautiful and is in an excellent location to downtown Mystic and Main Street where there are a ton of shops and eateries. The host was very helpful with early check in and responded quickly. There were starter coffee pods provided. The only things that we weren’t fans of were the bed was a little hard and there were two chairs instead of a small sofa to sit on - not really complaints - just a head’s up. 'Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. '
