'This place is a hidden gem! My buddy and I had to travel from Florida for work, after staying at some of the hotels we decided to try this property and what a breath of fresh air! The host is incredibly accommodating as I’ve had to extend my stay a few times and am extremely thankful for them! If you are ever in the area absolutely stay here, you won’t regret it, and the downtown area is perfectly located. Thankyou guys again for all the help and assistance!!!'

'Excellent communication from the host, and the house was everything we were hoping for and more. Extremely clean, easy check-in process, and no issues whatsoever during our stay. Tons of little touches that really made a difference, including fresh filtered water in the refrigerator, ample spices & seasoning, plenty of dishware, options for bedding, etc. Everything that you could need is provided. We enjoyed our weekend stay and will definitely look to use this property for future visits. ...

'Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. '

'There were minor cleaning issues in the bathroom, and my only/biggest complaint is the listing is misleading as it says you have no neighbors but the space is physically attached to a larger house and the driveway and entry/exit doors for both units open into the same small space. Additionally the front door has a large glass window with no curtains so you have absolutely no privacy. This is a direct conflict with the listing and I did bring this up to the landlord. 'Inside of this property was well appointed, we had enough towels for showers and the shower had great pressure with a large step-in shower stall. Toilet was not bolted to the floor causing it to shift when using. The upright dresser was full of extra bedding in every drawer, we had to clean them out so we could use a few. The closet area of the dresser was full of cleaning supplies, a dirty vacuum, and a swiffer that had not been changed. We had dress clothes that could not be put into this...

'This property had an extremely strong cat/ litter box odor. It was also pretty buggy- we found many bugs alive and dead throughout the house. AC or humidifier machines leaked. My friend thought she heard scurrying throughout the upstairs room. Many of the items like mirrors were hung too high to be usable. The home fulfilled our purposes for the weekend but I would not return.'
