'A nice quiet room like I asked for. Everything felt clean. The single bed needs replacing because the mattress tilted. Manager Sam was great when I gave feedback. Things have improved massively since she took over.'

'Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities like a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and towels. The linen were also...

'Very polite friendly staff, great food and clean comfy room. The room was not short on tea, coffee milk and sugar which you do not see a lot of nowadays in other hotels which was great to see.'

'Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.'
