'The staff were very attentive. I was celebrating my birthday while I was there. I ordered room service for breakfast and they even put a rose on my cart. Everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel was very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests.'

'Our room was so large and spacious. We had room to take 4 mountain bikes into our room. With plenty of walking room. Everything was clean and great. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool.'

'The staff and property were really excellent. A very vintage curated feel in the room and friendly courteous staff that just genuinely wanted to help you. Incredible touches like the key card looking like a cassette tape and good barbecue on site. The main drag of Bristol is right there within walking distance, right outside the door really. We took in a play at the local theater as well as a few different restaurant stops around there and had a great time.'
