'Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time.'

'I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.'

'No receptionist just one person working behind the who was expected to do check you in. Breakfast was not available and when I checked out again no one on reception.'
