'Missed a kind welcome. Room was extremely hot. Air conditioning didn't work. Cleaning could be better. Hotel not well maintained. I wish I could give a better review but think the hotel management need to improve the quality of the rooms and service to the guests. '

'The guest house was lovely, with nice comfy beds and enough room for three people. It was nice to have the fridge microwave in the room and close parking in the courtyard and very safe with gates across. '

'We hebben met 5 personen (55+) hier vier nachten verbleven. Het is ons net als vorig jaar prima bevallen. De eigenaar slaagt erin om op humorvolle wijze het zijn gasten naar de zin te maken. Een kleine fout t.o.v. de reserveringswensen, werd spoedig en soepel hersteld. We hebben elke avond in het hotel (prima) gegeten en genoten van het mooie terras/tuin.'

'What a lovely surprise it was to arrive at The Swan in Esher! We were able to park easily at no charge. We were made to feel welcome and shown to our small but clean, comfortable and quiet room, providing everything we needed for our two night stay. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Unbelievable value for money - we look forward to staying there again in the future!'

'The Mitre Hotel is full of history and character. It's in the perfect location for visiting Hampton Court. All staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drinks were delicious, once again staff catering above and beyond for food allergies and intolerances.'
