'We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. The entire property was immaculate. On our last day we witnessed the housekeeping staff clean the common areas and we understood why the place was so clean.
Next to the cleanliness, the gardens won as our favorite thing about the hotel. We spent many evenings enjoyng a bottle of wine in the peaceful gardens.

Victoria station is busy which has it's advantages and downsides. The only thing which was unpleasant was the amount of homeless people in and around the station.
