'We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. "I stayed there for two nights, which was perfectly manageable. I've been coming to Paddington for many years and I really like this neighborhood. I always choose a hotel within walking distance of Paddington Station and the Underground. I had never stayed at this hotel before, but so far it's one of the best I’ve been to. The staff are friendly. I arrived a bit early, but that wasn’t a problem. The rooms are nice, clean, and have all the basic amenities. I would definitely like to come back here for a short stay!"

"We had the Superior Room with Kingsize Bed and it was fantastic! Free minibar, bathroom with floor heating and very spacious. Personel was friendly and accomodating. Victoria station is busy which has it's advantages and downsides. The only thing which was unpleasant was the amount of homeless people in and around the station. I hope London finds a way to help them.

Door de smalle deuren en gangetjes lijkt het klein maar de kamer was ruim en netjes ingericht. Door de houten vloeren hoor je de gasten boven je af en toe lopen maar dat is niet echt storend."

Verder hele goede locatie: metro tegenover hotel, broodjeszaken, pub en supermarkt aan de andere overzijde. Aardig personeel en goede bediening aan zowel de receptie als in de bediening. Douchen in bad blijft glibberig maar verder was onze luxe kamer prima in orde. Enige minpunt is de wachtrij bij het ontbijt 🙁 Dit moet beter, meer ruimte voor ontbijttafels maken of reserveren of aanbieden om zonder extra kosten op de kamer te ontbijten.
