'We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. We had a very warm welcome, the staff was very polite. The location is absolutely amazing, in front of Hyde park and between all the othter high class hotels. The SPA was also amazing! 'We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. 'As you would probably guess, our 2 day stay was absolutely amazing. This was our first time at Claridges.
Everything was top notch, our room 521 was stunning, a massive room with a really good size balcony. Unfortunately it did rain alot, so we only managed a glass of wine on both evenings, overlooking 'The Smoke'
Breakfast, lunch and dinners were stunning, and really good size food portions.
It's not cheap, but, treat yourselves. Life's short.

The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay.'

"We had the Superior Room with Kingsize Bed and it was fantastic! Free minibar, bathroom with floor heating and very spacious. Personel was friendly and accomodating. Victoria station is busy which has it's advantages and downsides. The only thing which was unpleasant was the amount of homeless people in and around the station. I hope London finds a way to help them.
Overall a great hotel and lovely experience, I would really recommend this hotel."
