The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. "We had the Superior Room with Kingsize Bed and it was fantastic! Free minibar, bathroom with floor heating and very spacious. Personel was friendly and accomodating. Victoria station is busy which has it's advantages and downsides. The only thing which was unpleasant was the amount of homeless people in and around the station. I hope London finds a way to help them.

"Prima hotel in een prachtige en rustige buurt, op loopafstand van 2 metrostations. Mooi en sfeervol hotel, fijne redelijk ruime kamer, goeie bedden, goeie douche. Ook fijn dat er een koelkastje is met flesjes water. De douche is wat klein voor grote mensen, maar voldoet verder prima.
Wij hebben geboekt zonder ontbijt, want Engels ontbijt is niet ons ding. Genoeg bakkertjes en opties om de hoek!
Er stond een nespresso apparaat, maar na de eerste dag deed die het helaas niet meer. Melding gemaakt, maar het heeft niet geholpen. Maar dat was het enige kleine minpuntje. Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan!"

"Mooi authentiek hotel in oude Engelse stijl. Daar staan wel krakende vloeren van bovenburen tegenover. (Als ze op tijd naar bed gaan is er niets aan de hand.) Verder hele goede locatie: metro tegenover hotel, broodjeszaken, pub en supermarkt aan de andere overzijde. Aardig personeel en goede bediening aan zowel de receptie als in de bediening. Douchen in bad blijft glibberig maar verder was onze luxe kamer prima in orde. Enige minpunt is de wachtrij bij het ontbijt 🙁 Dit moet beter, meer ruimte voor ontbijttafels maken of reserveren of aanbieden om zonder extra kosten op de kamer te ontbijten. Let goed op dat je op tijd gaat ontbijten als je musea reserveringen hebt of andere tickets!!"

Toiletpapier heel moeilijk door te spoelen. 2 keer iemand naar gekeken zonder succes.. uit nood maar naar het toilet beneden gegaan voor de " grote boodschap". Dat vinden wij echt een tekortkoming. Jammer, het heeft de beleving toch negatief beinvloed voor ons helaas. "
