'I first started saying that the BWI La Quinta back in 2024 it was stellar. Up until I'd say the early part of this year it seems to kind of fell off as far as the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. We stayed in the first floor room 102 it was clean but it was very damp and it smelled mildewy like an old basement with water. 'The first room I was in had mold in the bathroom, they tried to cover it with caulk but the mold was coming through the caulk. They changed my room and a roach was in the bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work, I had to use my own. The rooms were very outdated. The best part of my stay was that they didn’t except animals.'

'The front desk staff in the wee hours of the morning when I arrived (2AM) and when I left (3:30AM) were courteous, quick and professional. Room was clean and night was restful with their super black out curtains! Bathroom space was clean, hot water right away and the towels literally made the water flee screaming for its life.
