'The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults.'

We had a fantastic time hiking at the Jagolinzer Preserve and enjoyed delicious food in nearby Cornish, especially at Krista's and Lindsay's—both are fantastic!'

'The property worked perfectly for our family trip with the grandkids. Location is great for Santas Village and Storyland. The facility had great pools and game room. There are row boats and a petting area for the kids too. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with our kitchen needs. Lots of puzzles and books for the kids . The owners communicated with us to make sure our needs were met. Would stay here again next year!!'

'The location, property, the room.....all AMAZING!.The rooms were well appointed, super clean and VERY comfortable. There were all thr amenities you need and toiletries including tooth brushes and tooth paste!Checkin was simple and communication with hosts was easy, fast, and direct. Everything was perfect!'

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
