'Great location. Newer laundry facilities in the unit which is a big plus. Dishwasher could be replaced but it kind of worked. The a/c worked really well. We had a minor issue at check in but they resolved it. Bring your own beach chairs and boogie boards, this unit doesn't have them. Left balcony door does not open so all furniture had been piled on another one. But it’s fine, who needs three balconies?Overall great stay, great location. '

'Everything was as described in the listing. Condo was very clean and lots of extras to use in the well stocked kitchen. We had a few minor maintenance issues that weren't resolved during our stay due to staffing issues. Certainly not the fault of the owner. Jerry got back to us promptly about the situation. The three bedrooms with three baths was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.'

'The property was cute. Very small but perfect for two people. The main bedroom is muggy and doesn't get below 75*. There is a humidifier in the room that sounds an alarm when the basin is full of water and needs to be drained. (Instructions about that would have been helpful)The living room gets most of the AC and stays very cool. The fold-out couch was a nice addition. Tiny kitchen, but had dishes, pans, utensils. 'My family and I came to SPI for Spring Break and Thoroughly enjoyed it! We desired to get away for Christmas this year and the vote was to come back to SPI but because the stay would be longer we wanted more space and comfort. This space provided just that, nice rooms with a view, easy access to the beach, pool/hot tub, and amazing sunsets. Can't wait to visit again! '
