'This was a good place to stay, I would have given it 5 stars but they made me go through a pre-arrival process online and repeated the same questions, identification process and credit card taken even thought I had just completed this process earlier including the signature. They captured my credit card information online and had me take a pic of my drivers license.'

'Knights Inn is a little old fashioned (think a mix of 70s & 80s decor) but I found it quaint & very quiet! We are extremely tired of all the noisy chain hotels & this was a very nice change. '

'The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
