'Staff very helpful for handicap Parking. '

'To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time.
