'A perfect start to our holiday in Tasmania. Sandy Bay is a beautiful location: handy to shops, a lovely walk or a short bus ride to Salamanca and the city, easy drive to other attractions. James made us feel very welcome and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is in an older building but is nicely furnished. Lovely to have a little courtyard area and garden at either end of the unit. A pleasant, quiet little unit! '

'We stayed a week everything was easy the bookings the check in. The house was beautifully presented with everything you need. We fit all the family grandparents to grandchildren. Had extended family over. Great use of out doors space. We loved it. '
