Hotels met zwembad in Buenavista

'I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews. What was even more disappointing...

'The hotels overall appearance is really nice. The staff was really friendly. The food and drinks on the rooftop were really nice, it’s a shame the pool was closed even when temperatures reached 34 degrees. I know it says that it’s open from June, but when it’s 34 degrees just a week before June, you should just open it really. The rooms look nice and are comfortable, though they are super super noisy and we woke up very early because of al the noise from doors closing and/or housekeeping...
