The Space:
Welcome to our fabulous house in the most diverse neighborhood in the city! With 200 m2 covered and 120 m2 patio and terrace, our home is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation.

Our house has 5 bedrooms and 5 sofa beds, which means it can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. In addition, it has 3.5 full bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your favorite meals.

In our garden, you will find a swimming pool and a grill, perfect for enjoying a relaxing day in the sun and for organizing barbecues with friends and family. Of course, during the cold season, the pool will be closed.

The house also has air conditioning in all rooms, a separate laundry room, and high-speed internet connection so you can work or enjoy your favorite shows online.

Please note that the house is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. We have also installed security cameras at the entrance for your peace of mind. On Wednesdays from 9:00 to 9:30 our staff maintains the pool, we appreciate authorizing your entry.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
