'The staff were #1. Willing to help and great energy The room's comfy and clean. Real close to JFK. The breakfest was #1. Only issue was the lack of food choices around. Yes you could order in but did not like the options.'

'The bed was wonderful, the shuttle to pick us up and drop us off from the airport was great. The drivers were so nice. Check in was great the staff was so nice to us. We arrived early and had our bags checked in and they told us to have breakfast. Definitely staying at this hotel again. '

'Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

'Wij hadden de late KLM vlucht en wilden een hotel dicht bij de luchthaven zodat we snel naar bed konden. De volgende dag konden we dan op ons gemak naar Manhattan. Hotel biedt een shuttleservice en ‘s morgens ontbijt. Ontbijt stelde niet zoveel voor en was echt Amerikaans maar verder prima. Prima hotel voor het doel wat wij hadden (snel naar bed)'

'Limited seating for eating and service. Our food was given to another couple and waitress made excuses up and even asked the other lady if she would like her chicken sandwich switched out to what she really did order. Not very professional. However the food was great when we did get it.'
