'I arrived at the hotel at 1 pm, having called in advance to ask whether they could expedite the check in because I was staying only for one day. They said they would do their best. I waited at the reception within their full view until around 4 pm. My room was ready only after I went up to the desk twice to ask about it, was given the excuse that they were fully booked while several other guests who arrived two hours after me were being checked in. '

'The elevator situation was a nightmare. The hotel had two working elevators and yet one of them was mostly reserved for private events! It’s as if they didn’t care about their hotel guests. We often waited 25 minutes for an elevator. And the front desk responded “well one elevator has been broken for three weeks and it will get fixed today”. That never happened. This hotel Was way too expensive for service like this.'
