'We were a couple checking in, but there was only one towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. I was able to get one when I went downstairs to requested. But, had we arrived outside of the designated times we would’ve been out of luck, because there was no staff on hand. We also had one duvet comforter(sized for a double bed) and only one pillowcase with one pillow on the king size bed. 'Overall, we had a good stay, but the room description was very misleading. We specifically booked a room listed as having “2 twin beds” for a business trip, but were given one queen bed and a sofa instead. The sofa bed wasn’t even prepared, so we had to make it ourselves. There was also no shampoo or basic toiletries in the bathroom. The room description and amenities should be more accurate.'

'What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops).
