'The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

'We have spend 3 nights in the accomodation. The whole appartment was very clean and had all important ammenities. Good location, close to the center but in a quiet area. The beds were good and it is a great place if you have kids, like we, because of the room with a bunk bed. Please note that the kitchen is behind the room with the bunk bed and you can only access it from that room. The communication with the owner went smoothly. We highly recommend the appartment.'

'Very nice apartment with elevator in a safe neighborhood close to Sofia's finest attractions. Host was the best host we have worked with!! Apartment was spacious, kitchen worked well and saved on food costs, air conditioning throughout bedrooms and main living room was a pleasure on hot days.'

'I checked into the apartment immediately departed. Contacted owner and did not get a response thought WhatsApp or through Vrbo app. I just left the keys in the lock box and left. Contacted Expedia and they informed me they couldn’t help me because it was a Vrbo booking. Contacted Vrbo and they said they couldn’t help because it was an Expedia. Worst experience I’ve had. What appears to be human throw up stains or other body fluids all over couch '

'The home was a great value for the money. Aside from climbing stairs with luggage and and having to find parking, all was good! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. we had no issues!'
