'Het personeel hielp goed en was vriendelijk. Voor de rest geen positieve dingen. Zeer gehorig, slechte bedden, geen voorzieningen, koud, wel beschikking over een airco maar daar heb je weinig aan. Slechte badkamer met rottende kozijnen. Zou het van jullie site afhalen als ik u was.'

'Great little boutique hotel on the beach 15 minutes from Sozopol. Nice, clean rooms, lovely rooftop terrace where the (very cool) owners serve excellent Mexican cuisine in the evenings. Two things travelers might find somewhat problematic: many rooms come with shared bathrooms, and the parking is a bit rough. But what the heck, it’s a three minute walk to a great beach.'

'We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend Hotel Varusha. Everyone we met from checking in to our departure was friendly and helpful, even using a translation device to chat about the fascinating history of Veliko Tarnovo. The location is in the Old Town and in a good location for sightseeing, cafés and restaurants. Our room had a lovely view over the atmospheric orange -tiled rooftops to green hills beyond. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. We didn't use the kitchenette...
