'I drove up for a birthday party and planned to book a king room for myself, but when my parents decided to come I was glad there were rooms with 2 queen beds still available instead. 'The room was spacious but was showing a bit of wear. There was a pretzel on the floor when we got there so I'm not sure how well they cleaned. Some carpet damage and spots in the shower. The service left a lot to be desired. The tv tilted to the side because it was not attached well to the table. I called and front desk said maintenance would fix it but they never came. They said we would have cleaning service on Saturday but the never showed up. Breakfast was decent except the eggs. I...

'Gentleman that checked in was very nice and polite room was extremely outdated, dirty. The sheets seemed clean but overall needs a complete overhaul. There was a large bucket filled with water under the bathroom sink and mold growing from the leaky faucet. '

'What a nice place to stay! Just 20 minutes to the U of SC campus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating during our few day stay. The room was very clean, updated, and a decent size. They offer a continental breakfast with coffee, yogurts, oatmeal with toppings and a few hot items that change daily. They also have a little fitness center and outdoor pool. This was our 2nd visit and if in town again we will return.'

'Hotel room air conditioning filter was disgusting. Cleaning people never left clean towels but took all old ones. Trash cans always over flowing in breakfast area and front desk. Water did not work on Sunday morning at 430 but came back on. Key cards never worked and had to keep getting them reprogrammed, elevator ok 4th floor down button did not work so had to go to higher floors then go bank down. . '

'It wasn’t in a desirable area but that’s not something that bothers me. *elevator was shady *toilet didn’t flush properly *shower held water *no remote in room *balcony door broke and didn’t lock *defects all over the room from shady repairs *no reasonable coffee maker *no microwave ANY PRICE WOULD BE AN OVER PRICE FOR THIS PLACE'

'We arrived very late and the desk help was very helpful to get us to our room quickly. It was a nice sleep and the breakfast attendant was very helpful in the morning.'
