'Absolutely spotless. Cleanliness 10/10. Things I liked: 1) The Quiet. No noise from adjacent rooms or hallway. 2) The comfort of the bed. Very soft and warm after a long days travel. 3) The warm temperature. I stayed during the big snowstorm of 01/31/26 and the room was preset to a warm 76 degrees when I walked in. This hotel impressed me beyond others I’ve stated at, so in the future BW gets my money.'

Once we checked in the texted us to make sure everything thing was ok and asked if there was anything she could do to improve our experience The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend this location. The Hampton in never lets us down '
