Imagine arriving in Los Cabos to find your service team has already turned on the hot tub, prepared the margaritas, and is getting the authentic Baja flavors ready. Casa Eva is a 4-suite King villa in the exclusive Punta Ballena area, just a 4-minute walk to two beautiful beaches (one shared with the Esperanza resort), with a full-time included service team so no one in your group has to worry about cleaning, laundry, or cooking.

The Property:
Located in a gated community with double security gates and continuous patrols, the villa features a Koi pond, lush gardens, a heated zero-entry pool, hot tub, fire pit, and ocean views from the second floor and pool area.

We have 4 suites, all with King beds and private en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two of the master suites have private balconies with ocean views. The fourth bedroom features a pull-out couch to accommodate the 10th guest. There is a half-bath in the common area and another by the pool.

The True Luxury: Our Included Service Team
Most villas charge extra for every service. At Casa Eva, Gil, Tatiana, and Dayan are included in your stay. They live on-site (in a completely separate service area) to guarantee the villa's safety and offer butler-style service: daily house cleaning, laundry service, hot tub preparation, and general maintenance.

Tatiana is our expert in traditional Mexican home-style cooking. She is not a restaurant chef; she is something better: she prepares dishes with the authentic flavors of a Mexican home, from grilled fish (pescado zarandeado) to fresh seafood and BBQ (cooking service and groceries quoted separately). If the adults want a night out, the team can also watch the kids. They know exactly when to be present to help and when to be invisible so you can enjoy your privacy.

Additional Services (Extra Cost):
Through our Concierge, we can arrange couples massages inside the villa, private yacht rentals around the Sea of Cortez, airport shuttle service, and meal preparation (you pay groceries at cost + a service fee).

Location & Access:
The villa has private parking for 3 vehicles inside the property. No keys are needed: our team will welcome you at the gate, open the house for you, and be on-site 24/7. To get around, you can request an Uber or use our Toyota Sienna van (seats 7 passengers) for short local trips, subject to availability and prior coordination. You are just a 4-minute walk from two beaches and walking distance to the Esperanza resort (Auberge) for dining or spa.

House Rules:
No parties allowed. We are in a luxury area; noise must be kept moderate after 10:00 PM. Small events require prior authorization and an extra fee. No security deposit required.
