'No había personal para realizar el chek in, tuve que llamar y esperar al rededor de 15min para que apareciera alguien y me dieran habitación.
La luz del pasillo se filtra por la puerta, entonces todo el tiempo hay luz en la habitación.
Además la puerta del baño no cierra adecuadamente.

'Me quedé 4 días por lo que no tuve problema alguno. Solo la piscina se encontraba un poquito sucia, pero se podía nadar perfectamente.
El teléfono de mi habitación no funcionaba, se me comentó a recepción pero sigió igual.
No hay mucha variedad en el desayuno incluído, pero estuvo 9/10 mi estancia:)'

'This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!'

'It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous.
However, I was very displeased with 2 things:
1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came.
When we complained about it to a front office employee, the only answer we got was that we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door which was not true as we...

'From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!'

'The rooms, pool, beach and food were great! The jet ski company and golf club they recommended were not great! I recommend the company refer guests elsewhere and hotel guests do their own research if they want to jet ski or play golf. I would definitely stay at resort again though.
