Luxe Ocean View - Einde eenheid Penthouse op Medano Beach

Prachtig ingericht NIEUW (2016) Appartement met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers met uitzicht op het strand van Medano. Dit prachtige penthouse aan het einde van de unit met balkon rondom met zeezicht PLUS een privédakterras met jacuzzi, bar, ligstoelen en eettafel, luxe beddengoed, volledig uitgeruste keuken voor gastronomische maaltijden, grote ss-BBQ voor uw grillplezier. Nip uw ochtendkoffie op uw balkon, bekijk het vuurwerk vanuit uw jacuzzi op uw privédakterras. En natuurlijk heeft het penthouse een toegewijde beheerder / conciërge die vervoer over de grond, golfexcursies, activiteiten, dinerreserveringen, in massages en nog veel meer kan regelen. .

We zijn gevestigd op de 6e verdieping in een liftgebouw. Ter plaatse zijn twee grote zwembaden, gratis ondergrondse parkeergarage. We hebben GRATIS Hi-Speed WiFi en alle hoogwaardige afwerkingen die je zou willen in een vakantiehuis zoals granieten aanrecht, marmeren vloeren, roestvrijstalen apparaten, wijnkoelkast en grote flatscreens met satelliet-tv - bonus is dat we VS en Canada hebben als evenals Mexicaanse stations! (probeer stations in de VS Engels te vinden, zelfs in de beste hotels).

De master suite heeft uitzicht op de oceaan en komt uit op het balkon. De master bad heeft dubbele wastafels, jacuzzi en inloopdouche. De ruime gastenslaapkamer heeft 2 tweepersoonsbedden (Mexicaanse koninginnen). De grote gastenbadkamer heeft een grote inloopdouche. Uw appartement is opgezet en volledig uitgerust voor elke behoefte met een wasmachine en droger in de unit. Dit appartement heeft alles - haardrogers, strijkijzer, toiletartikelen, luxe extra grote handdoeken en lakens.

Het strand van Medano is een korte wandeling naar het einde van de weg. Het is een van de weinige zwembare stranden en is perfect voor alle soorten watersporten. Wanneer u het strand op stapt, heeft u talloze activiteiten te doen: jetski's, SU paddleboards, kajaks, watertaxi's (brengt u naar Lovers Beach of naar de jachthaven in de stad). het strand is bekleed met bars en restaurants. Lounge op het strand terwijl uw ober u een oud bier of margarita brengt. HET BESTE! Mis het plezier op Mango Deck of de gekte op The Office niet.

Stap gewoon buiten de poorten van dit volledig beveiligde complex met 24/7 beveiliging en u bent een blok naar het strand van Medano en op loopafstand van winkels en restaurants. Als u de stad wilt verkennen, is het ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum (of een taxi van 5 minuten). Geniet van ochtend- en avondwandelingen langs de kilometerslange strand. We houden van Happy Hour bij Tabasco's en kijken naar de zonsondergang op het strand.

This property exceeded our expectations! Communication was great and Humberto was so helpful with booking transportation and local restaurant recommendations. Had 2 pools on the property. Within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Had all the comfort of home. Would highly recommend staying here.

Close enough to everything we need, on the edge of town so it stayed mellow. Rooftop deck was the best and hottub made for relaxing evenings and good sleep.

Ladies trip - 50th Birthday Celebration

This property is stunning! We are familiar with the area and the location was perfect as the beach is just a block away! Safe area and beautiful pools at the condo! Our unit was gorgeous! Very well maintained and spotless when we arrived! Communication with the PM was easy and his response was clear and very timely! He addressed our many questions before and during our stay. He arranged our transportation to and from the airport and our driver helped us stop and shop at Costco! The organization of our arrival was perfect, with the PM meeting us at the door after our arrival from the airport/Costco. They both helped us carry up our luggage and groceries and all of the lights were on and windows open awaiting our arrival! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful stay and amazing service. The facilities were perfect for the 5 of us, however the cot was a little small for the fifth so she slept on the couch, which was comfortable anyway! The two large full bathrooms suited us all and the kitchen was fully equipped with all amenities of home. We were able to wash our beach towels in the washing machine as well. The building was quiet this time of year which was enjoyable! Rooftop balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean! The one thing is the spiral staircase that leads to the second balcony is quite tight in diameter so would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues or who may be larger in size. Thank you Humberto for a wonderful holiday! We will definitely rebook in the future!!

Nice rental

The rental was nice and very clean. Really enjoyed the roof top hot tub. Bed was fairly comfortable, there were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. Hugo told us about an issue with a bee hive on the deck and stopped by several times to have it sprayed. It did not really bother us at all, and did not hinder our use of the upstairs or downstairs patio. The unit is a quick walk to the beach. We were glad to find beach chairs and umbrellas on the upper deck. We really didn’t have any complaints with the unit. Minor issues were The elevator which is tiny and hot and so slow…there is significant street noise at night, but considering how close we were to the highway kind of expected it a bit. Hugo arranged our transport which went very smoothly. He was waiting at the unit when we arrived with the best guacamole we gave ever had, Cold drinks and chips. A staff member brought up our luggage and groceries and even put the groceries away for us. Tips: buy the churros from the beach vendor that walks the beach. They were the best we had while in Cabo. Try the Cabo bakery, playroom for kids and the most amazing French toast and omelets. For amazing shrimp tacos and ceviche go to Punta Médano Ceviche Bar, early in your stay. You’ll want to go more than once. Would definitely recommend this rental. We had a great time

Amazing condo with great views

This place couldn’t have been better for us. It’s walking distance to the beach, as well as downtown Cabo. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. Great views, rooftop hot tub, and kitchen were all a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Great place, great location

We just enjoyed a week here and will be renting again. Communication with Hugo (property manager) was outstanding and the place was clean, welcoming, and well stocked. The chairs, cooler, and umbrella for the beach were much appreciated. The location couldn't be better. 2 minute walk to the beach and less then 10 minutes to the marina. Highly recommend!

Very clean condo with plenty of space and privacy! Close to the beach but walking distance to the fun! Easy access to Uber if walking is not preferred. Rooftop privacy was great to relax in the sun. We had everything we needed. We would definitely book this condo again.

Great alternative to hotel/resort

Large unit with rooftop deck and jacuzzi at a reasonable price. The manager Hugo met us at the unit with beers chips and guacamole, a much needed refreshment after traveling all day! Would recommend they provide a water cooler so we wouldn’t have to buy so many bottles of water and to cut down on trash. Close to the beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas. Would stay again.

Everything about this condo was great. Karen and Hugo were also very helpful. I would definitely stay again. I only gave a 4 to cleanliness because the upholstery and some of the walls are in need of deep cleaning.

Great Location and Condo

We absolutely loved this Condo. We have stayed in the complex before but this condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Huego the concierge was waiting for us when we arrived and got us checked in right away. He had chips and Guacamole waiting for us and showed us around the condo. He had also arranged transportation for us from airport and back. He always answered our text right away. This condo is in a great location to walk to most places. The hot tub was nice at night to sit in and have a glass of wine.All in all it was a great place to stay at.

Location was perfect!

PROS: This is the second time we stayed at this complex but first time in this unit. Safe area/complex. Short walk to everything. Cheap Uber ride to everything else. This particular unit had a comfy king size bed and amazing pillows. Thermostat was self -controlled so we never felt uncomfortable. Water pressure in showers was good. Condo, hot tub, grounds and pools all extremely clean. Provides 4 chairs and umbrellas. Use them! To rent these things at the beach is $15 per item. My husband and I paid $45 the first two days until we found the chairs/umbrellas on the side of the hot tub. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Lots of spices left over from prior guests. We ran out of toilet paper and Hugo brought us some extra the following day-thank you Hugo. The host was able to accommodate our early check in and late check out requests. Just know, it’s not a guarantee. All depends on availability. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed with this location or the comforts of this condo. SUGGESTIONS IF YOU STAY HERE: Toilet in master bedroom was temperamental. So be gentle with how much toilet paper you put in the bowl at a time. In all fairness, this issue was not isolated to this particular condo. Had the same issue in a different condo last year. Check the propane tank on the day you arrive so you can get a replacement tank if needed. Our tank was completely empty. Made for an inconvenient night since all our food was prepped and ready to cook.

My Sister’s 50th Birthday

My sister and I went to Cabo to celebrate her 50th birthday. This condo was great. Very clean and had everything you could need. The upstairs patio and hot tub were great after a day at the beach. Beds were very comfortable and laundry was handy. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful views and perfect location

Everything about this VRBO was amazing!! Hugo, the concierge set up transportation with Carlos. Carlos was waiting at the airport after being delayed several hours and was so kind! Hugo met us at the condo and had fresh guacamole and beverages waiting. He showed us around the condo and then was on his way. The location was wonderful as it was only a short walk to Medano Beach and a short walk into town to stores and restaurants. The views from the balcony and top deck were amazing the the private hot tub was a huge hit with our kids. We highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting again in the future.

This condo has absolutely everything you would need. Close to the beach, a short walk to downtown, Walmart, Costco and Fresko. 2 beautiful pools. Would absolutely return. The owner and manager replied promptly when we sent message. Can’t say enough good things!

Great stay in Cabo

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Cabo and you will not be disappointed. It is clean and exactly as it appears in the pictures with security always present. You’re away from all the craziness but still close enough within walking distance from restaurants and town. An Uber ride will cost you around $3 to $5 to town or walk down to the back street along the hotels and catch a pedicab/bicitaxi for a fun ride. The condo is so spacious and has everything you need including beach stuff. I would definitely be staying here again when back in Cabo. Hugo was a wonderful host and catered to my last minute arrangements of needing a ride for the airport. Thank you Hugo!

Great space and location - services not so much

Concierge service was MIA for first three days and are the ones who set up transportation to and from airport, when landed transportation was 35 min late and at wrong location per our directions for meeting location. zero check in process, some was present when we arrived but turned around and disappeared. No key code entry code and after multiple request received wrong code from management. No laminated cards anywhere, even after checking all drawers and cabinets. So had to figure out WiFi, TV and everything basically. Lastly we’re there at peak of summer and thermostat constantly was programmed at 78 degrees even in the middle of night when sweating and having to turn down. Now the last 7 days were nice because we figured everything out with premises and concierge came back on line and did set up activities for us such as parasailing, UTV rides, boat ride to arch and transportation was on point returning to airport. Again place was great and maybe just a fluke we had horrible welcoming and were there 10 days so had time to adjust. Get a scooter if your staying that long duration during summer!

Anniversary Delight

My husband and I go to Cabo often and this is our new favorite spot. The views are amazing! We enjoyed being close to Medano Beach but far enough away that we felt the privacy. We could walk down to hang out on the beach or get massages. I highly recommend this listing!
