The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, and stove, and features a dining area for comfortable meals at home. Mavila is a brand new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who are stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas.
