'the resort was gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and helpful,
the resort it self is very quite , we spend 5 nights there ,and there were nothing happening to keep the guests entertained , the TVs in the rooms weren't working ,
there was no activates during the day or night time, the plus point was that we had access to their sister resorts and they had shuttles provided for transportation ,
we kept ourself busy exploring the sister resorts and would come back to rest up at Pacifica .'

'Very beautiful place!!! We stayed at Baja Point and the view was just breathtaking! Our room was so clean and spacious, the front desk and workers were all so kind and helpful since the moment we got there. Will definitely come back! One thing I will say the elevators were a bit confusing I had to use the phone by the elevator to call the front desk for directions on our first night however it was pretty easy to get the hang of afterwards also it’s pretty quiet at night meaning not much staff...

The accessibility of the bed and shower in the room, the pool and the rest room in the public
areas is poor.
Obviously I booked accessible room with roll in shower
No bars in the shower, no bars in public restrooms
and there is no pool lift to take you in and out of the water. The bed is very high .So for people who aren't disabled it's ecxilent hotel, but for disabled people is much less than that.'
