The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. 'The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.'

'I just needed a room for one night (~10 hours) and I found out his is the kind of place you stay at when you cannot afford a more expensive hotel...I learned my lesson. Maybe some of the other rooms are nicer (?). No light over the main living space or even a bedside lamp-just a strip light over the sink at the far end of the room. Also, not carpeted (tile), so the picture on their site is not how my room was set up. To their credit the bathroom was clean, and it appeared the bathroom and sink...
